1. Who we are

Digital Monarchy (“we”, “us”) operates this website and sells digital education products, including the Base, Elite, and Empire programs and related digital bundles. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled when you browse the site or make a purchase.

2. Information we collect

Browsing: you can browse this site without creating an account, and we do not require any personal information simply to view it. Our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and to deliver the site.

Purchases: when you buy a product, checkout is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe collects the information needed to process your payment — such as your name, email address, payment card details, and billing country. We never see or store your full card details; those go directly to Stripe.

From a completed purchase, we can access the order details Stripe shares with us: what you bought, the amount, your email address, and payment status. We use this to deliver your product and to handle any billing questions.

3. How we use your information

We use purchase information for exactly three things: (a) delivering the product you bought — our delivery page verifies your payment with Stripe before unlocking your access; (b) responding to support and billing questions; and (c) meeting our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

4. Third-party services

Stripe processes all payments. Their handling of your data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Notion hosts the content of the programs you purchase. When you open your product workspace, you are using Notion under Notion's terms and privacy policy.

Discord hosts our community. Joining is optional; if you do, your activity there is governed by Discord's terms and privacy policy.

Vercel hosts this website and processes standard server logs to serve it securely.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site does not require login cookies and does not run advertising trackers. Stripe may set cookies during checkout for payment security and fraud prevention.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic — things like page views, referrers, country, and device type. It is cookie-free and does not identify you personally or track you across other websites; visitors are counted using an anonymous hash that resets daily.

6. How long we keep information

Order records are retained for as long as needed to support your lifetime access to the products you purchased, and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Server logs are retained only briefly by our hosting provider.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Digital Monarchy Discord and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Note that we must retain records of completed purchases where the law requires it, and deleting your order record may affect our ability to verify your access.

8. Security

Payments are processed over encrypted connections by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment processor. Product access is verified server-side against your payment before delivery. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use reputable providers and limit the data we handle to the minimum needed to run the store.

9. Children

Our products are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a minor has made a purchase, contact us.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information — for example, by adding analytics or user accounts — we will update this page and its “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
