1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Digital Monarchy website and your purchase of any of our digital products, including the Base, Elite, and Empire programs, marketing blueprints, niche bundles, and other digital goods (together, the “Products”).

By using this site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase.

2. What you are buying

The Products are digital education and business resources — training modules, templates, product files, and guides — delivered online. Access is granted immediately after your payment is verified, through a private delivery page that unlocks your product workspace.

A purchase is a one-time payment for lifetime access to the specific Product purchased, as described on its product page at the time of purchase. “Lifetime” means the commercial lifetime of the Product: for as long as we continue to operate and make it available.

3. Your license

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for your own education and your own business.

You may not: (a) resell, redistribute, license, share, or give away any Product or any part of it; (b) share, publish, or forward your private access links; (c) copy the training or materials to create a competing product; or (d) claim our content as your own. Where a Product expressly includes resale-ready assets (for example, done-for-you digital products inside a bundle), you may sell those specific end products to your own customers as intended — but never the Product, its training, or its access itself.

Violation of this license — including sharing access links — may result in immediate and permanent termination of your access without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue any remedies available under law.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time; the price you pay is the price displayed when you complete your purchase.

All sales are final. Because the Products are digital goods delivered instantly, purchases are not eligible for refund or exchange, as set out in full in our Refund Policy. Verified billing errors and duplicate charges are the only exception and are handled case by case.

5. No earnings guarantee

Our Products teach skills and provide resources for building an online business. We do not promise, guarantee, or imply that you will earn any specific amount of money — or any money at all.

Any results, examples, or member wins shown on this site reflect the experiences of specific individuals and are not typical, guaranteed, or a prediction of your results. Your outcome depends on your effort, consistency, market conditions, and factors outside anyone's control. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or investment advice.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout, keeping your access links private, and complying with the laws that apply to you — including any tax, business registration, or consumer obligations involved in running your own business.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to purchase, and if you are under 18 you must have a parent or guardian's permission.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site and in the Products — including training, copy, design, graphics, templates, and the Digital Monarchy name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a Product transfers no ownership of any intellectual property to you; you receive only the license described in section 3.

8. Third-party platforms

The Products are delivered and supported through third-party platforms — including Stripe (payments), Notion (product content), and Discord (community). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions of those platforms, though we will always work to restore your access if a delivery issue occurs.

9. Community conduct

Our Discord community is part of the experience for members. We may remove or ban anyone who harasses others, spams, scams, shares purchased content, or otherwise harms the community — without refund. Be decent; it's simple.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms, the site, or any Product is limited to the amount you paid us for the Product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

11. Changes to these terms and the Products

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date below reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept them. We may also improve, update, or reorganize Product content over time — that's part of what lifetime access includes.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Australia, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
